Gallery Opportunity:
We have a gallery available to us at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, which is a prime location
in downtown Philadelphia. I have attached some photos of the gallery with and without people. I have talked to the gallery curator and we get
to keep all profits of anything sold. This is great publicity for us all!! I need to know if you are interesting in showing in this Collaborative
exhibit. Please email me at with
your answer and any questions you may have. We will be discussing this in further detail at the next meeting so if you can make it then please do.
Setting up the Chapter Board of Officers:
We are creating an official board of officers so we can get more involved on the national level. Josh Levitas is interesting in the Vice Presidents seat. Here are the descriptions of the seats so you know what each board member does. It’s not time consuming so please don’t worry about that. We have busy lives and this won’t interfere. Again, contact me regarding your interest in these positions.
The positions are as follows:
Vice President: Chapter Vice President assists the Chapter President in the administration of the Chapter, attends Chapter meetings,
and other duties as assigned by the Chapter President.
Secretary: Chapter Secretary, shall be secretary to the Chapter Board. He/She shall keep a record of all proceedings and shall perform such other related duties as assigned. Chapter
Treasurer: Chapter Treasurer shall supervise the receipt of all monies from the international office. The Chapter treasurer will make deposits, sign checks and file reports as necessary and as requested by the chapter board of directors. The Chapter treasurer shall be bonded.
Representative: Chapter Representative assists the Chapter board in the overall administration of the Chapter and shall perform such duties as assigned by the Chapter board. We are gaining ground and we want you to get involved. This is for the benefit of us all. Feel free to email me at anytime with your questions. I’ll see you at the next meeting.
